I have been writing in a journal on an almost-daily basis since I was 17 years old. This is a record of me going through each entry from the beginning, and commenting on the me from fifteen years ago.

When you’ve got a set goal in mind and can see it happening, then there’s no stopping you. When your goal is so real in your imagination that to not attack it in life is a crime. I’ve got goals that need attacking and when fate tells you, “Fuck shy, just do it.” You know it’s good. It’s got to be good no matter what happens.

I do love having moments like this, where there isn’t a shred of indecision and you just go for it. However, it’s not fate telling it to you, it’s you knowing exactly what needs to be done. We all probably need to listen to ourselves more often.
