I have been writing in a journal on an almost-daily basis since I was 17 years old. This is a record of me going through each entry from the beginning, and commenting on the me from fifteen years ago.
When yesterday I travelled, I had hoped to find my past lives, if any. I find difficulty in maintaining my astral body. Practice makes perfect.
Can you believe I hadn’t even touched drugs or alcohol at this point in my life? Well, at least I was willing to put forth the effort to improve my abilities.
