Me Fifteen Years Later #57
Posted by Pickle King under Me 15 Years Later
I have been writing in a journal on an almost-daily basis since I was 17 years old. This is a record of me going through each entry from the beginning, and commenting on the me from fifteen years ago.
She’s the only one to ever,
make me think getting old,
would be good.
For she makes me feel so young,
inside.
What tremendous emotional weight I carried when I was 18. I don’t know what my deal was, but here I am 15 years later feeling younger and more carefree than I did back then (but maybe I’m still caught in the undertow of this crush making me feel so very young after all these years).
Oh, and sorry for the black box at the bottom, but I felt I had to show my age comparison notes on the border in their entirety. As you can see, 18 and 14 is a big age difference whereas 88 and 84 are not. You will also note that 18 and 14 together look like a mutated sperm, but 88 and 84 together look like a sign where something is on sale.
