I have been writing in a journal on an almost-daily basis since I was 17 years old. This is a record of me going through each entry from the beginning, and commenting on the me from fifteen years ago.
I need to seriously talk with someone who is disconnected from me, but prepared to listen.
YES! Finally something that makes sense. Yes, you do need to talk to someone who is both willing to listen and not associated with you. They’re called a therapist. For the love of God, please do exactly that!
I never did seek help, and today I think therapists are kinda bullshit. Though reading this is kinda making me rethink my stance.
